IT Helpdesk Level 1/2Job location:Auckland Auckland Central Work Type: Contract » » » »$55/hour, WFH, 2 month fixed contract, may extend! »Training, NZ 3am to 11am weekdays + ANY hours in weekend »Large private medical specialist group The Position • As an Information technology Concierge Desk agent (two sought), you will be fully trained on our clients systems and utilise your prior Customer Service Information technology support practice • The main purpose is to provide support to our clients Specialist Clinical staff, senior team members in the medical sector requiring assistance with their queries at all times (all Australian located) • This is in a Level 1 (possibly 2) troubleshooting capacity - you will not be required to get into the system and fix issues though Tasks • Answering incoming calls • Worklist management – actively monitoring reporting lists, load balancing located on expertiseet and location when multiple Clinicians are rostered • Investigating and following up incomplete examinations, eg contacting sites for missing referrals etc • Image retrievals • Troubleshooting system and Information technology issues, escalating to Level 2/3 as required • Audits • Database updates/additions • Set up of accounts, user names/guides You • Information technology practice in a Level 1 customer service function (specific qualifications are not required as training on systems is provided, but you must have the Information technology Helpdesk practice – NOT telco) • Excellent English telephone communications and a calm, methodical and thorough approach to manage interactions with very busy professional internal staff • Able to commence at 3am on week days Hours • 3am to 11am (10pm to 6am Australian time) for weekday evening shifts • PLUS Weekend work (ANY hours), our client is happy to negotiate a roster which suits you, however they do need to cover the full weekend hours from 3am Saturday through to 11am Monday, remembering two employees are required • Minimum 40 hours available a week – but can choose to work more Offer • $55/hour, paid fortnightly on a Wednesday • 8 weeks fixed term contract, with the potential to extend or possibly even go permanent! • Start online software training 18 October 2021 (essential) ie industry specific software and soft phone software provided • Go live 25th October – a change to a new system • Work remotely, ie in the house/located anywhere in NZ!
