This is a busy and rewarding role as you will be liaising with Auckland City Council and Dealing with Queries on a regular basis. The role is based in East Tamaki. Hours Are: »Monday to Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm Your duties will include but are not limited to the following: » Receiving Inquires from Auckland Council » Finding solutions and Data Entry » Taking calls and lodging information into Excel and Microsoft » Working with the council a plus but full training provided for the right candidate. To be successful for this role you MUST: » You are patient, empathetic, energetic and a great communicator. » You're able to find the right balance between Client satisfaction and business efficiency. » You are good at troubleshooting: listening, finding solutions (or investigating if you don't have enough information) and following through with the Council. » Excel and Microsoft Proficiency. » Time management, prioritising, taking initiative are your strength. » You are technology savvy. » Working with the council a plus but full training provided for the right candidate.
