The Kaiwhakat?tuki Mahi – Delivery Manager is critical to delivering our purpose to strengthen school leadership abilities so tamariki thrive by the prosperous management and delivery of Springboard Trust’s portfolio of programmes and services.
You will work with school leaders to understand their needs and identify the Springboard Trust programmes and services that would best meet their development needs. You will then partner with our volunteers to deliver the right strategic learning tostrengthen their strategic leadership abilities capcapability and maximise the impact so tamariki mokopuna thrive.
Through the quality of your work and interactions, you will build the credibility of Springboard Trust as an effective enabler for improving educational leadership abilities and learning results in schools.
Your mahi will provide you with the opportunity to work with a professional team of colleagues and high-profile volunteers(business leaders) across Aotearoa.
Key Responsibilities
Programme management, coordination, and delivery
Working with school leaders, volunteers and delivery partners, you will plan, resource and deliver programmes and services maximising participant results, ensuringdelivery demonstrates cultural competence grounded in Te Ao M?ori and Te Tiriti ? Waitangi.You will track participant progress toward results, providingworkshop support, co-ordination, facilitation, coaching or working sessions as required to support participants to meet the desired results. You will strive to provide exceptional learning practices and equitable results for M?ori including tumuaki M?ori and ?konga M?ori.
Service delivery innovation and impact
Facilitating high quality delivery of both in-person and online programme modules, you will ensure our participants have effective learning approaches. You will develop delivery strategies that meet the needs of school leaders across Aotearoa, identifying opportunities to improve our programmes, accelerate strategic change in schools or produce system change. You will do this by strategically resourcing (develop, implement, innovate) delivery of programmes and services to achieve equitable results for M?ori. Your service delivery will demonstrate expertise and practice of Te Ao M?ori that incorporates and promotes significant tikanga and Te Reo M?ori use in all programme delivery.
Evaluation and Reporting
You will ensure accurate and timely completion of qualitative and quantitative evaluation and reporting on programme impact and effectiveness. Capturing and recording engagement data, you will provide insights, including M?ori evaluative insights, that contribute to the development of Springboard Trust's reports, marketing material, case studies and digital content.
M?ori and Pacific education results
You will be committed to building (on behalf of Springboard Trust) Te Tiriti ? Waitangi partnerships and relationships with iwi and M?ori that contribute to improved M?ori educational results.An capability to engage and build strategic partnerships & relationships with iwi, M?ori, and Pasifika communities is an advantage. We are seeking for individuals who can demonstrate cultural capcapability and seek opportunities to apply and weave Te Ao M?ori concepts into their own practice.
Location
We are seeking for Kaiwhakat?tuki Mahi – Delivery Managers located in Wellington or Christchurch preferably but are open to conversations for those located outside of these regions. The capability to work in the house and thrive in a remote working environment while also being able to build professional working relationships across our team is a must. You will collaborate with team members regularly on Microsoft Teams and we have opportunities for organisation-wide team gatherings and connections every quarter. this function may involve travel within New Zealand as our network of schools is vast, incorporating both urban and rural areas across the motu. Our programmes and services are delivered in a mix of in-person, virtual and blended approaches. expertise and practice in managing and delivering learning programmes and workshops for adult learners in online environments is an advantage.
You'd know you're the right fit if (including but not limited to)
   » You have practice supporting M?ori and non-M?ori leaders in their learning, so they have the right tools including M?ori-ledinsights that support M?ori educational success.
   » You have proven aptitude in managing and delivering learning programmes that honour Te Tiriti ? Waitangi.
   » You have worked to champion coaching and facilitation with excellent collaboration and influencing expertiseto achieve equitable results for M?ori.
   » You have an capability to develop, coordinate, manage programmes effectively, including project management, change management, programme evaluation & measurement.
   » capability to effectively engage and communicate with a wide variety of key stakeholders to achieve agreed results.
   » Data analysis expertiseand using information for improvement of practices and processes andto identify business development opportunities.
   » High level of digital competence with practice in blended learning delivery and the capability to deliver and manage virtual learning effectively.
   » Skilled in using Microsoft products including Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, Word, Excel.
   » practice using Customer Relationship Management systems is an advantage.
   » practice using Canvas Learning Management System is an advantage.
   » Flexible to travel within New Zealand.
   » A comfortable, ergonomic home office.
