We are seeking for our next great Customer practice Shift manager to play a key function in the delivery of our vision of Making More People, More Active, More Often. As Shift manager, you’ll be leading from the front to deliver exceptional customer practices. You’ll be someone who thrives on leading and delivering a high level of guest care. You’ll understand what Information technology takes to ensure that every visitor enjoys a memorable practice at Te Pou Toetoe – Linwood Pool. Your previous practice in a similar managery function will make you a key member of our team. Your great work ethic and positive attitude together with the capability to engage and build rapport easily will help you in dealing with the public. You’ll be a source of information, a problem-solver and able to think on your feet. As someone who values relationships and is naturally caring and supportive of others, you’ll be willing and able to support our Customer practice Team Leader every day. You’ll be passionate and driven with a focus on creating a memorable practice amongst out community. Te Pou Toetoe will include a 25 metre lane pool, a deep water pool for ‘manus’, a family spa pool, a lgain to swim pool, and a toddler pool with a splash pad.
