Job Opportunity: Accountant:EITJob description:Job DescriptionOpportunity for a finance professional to be a part of the EIT finance team, particularly focusing on project located tasks. This could range from new programme evaluations, continual improvement identification and implementation, Annual Report requirements during the year end process, and assisting the Finance Manager on ad hoc projects as required.We are willing to consider options for substantial part-time or full-time work for this function. If you can meet some or all of the following criteria we would like to hear from you: • practice in managing multi projects simultaneously • Evidence of the capability to plan, prioritise and manage projects as required and deliver expected results on time, within budget to the required standard • Strong financial accounting expertise, in particular with year-end and reporting requirements • Strong interpersonal expertise, and the capability to train non-finance staff on new processes • A quick learner who can easily slot into an existing team and hit the ground running, and pick up new systems •A strong knowledge of best practice finance and accounting processes • practice across a broad range of finance functions and an capability to assist in a dynamic environment an advantage • Excellent communication expertise both written and verbal • Prior practice with Adaptive Insights and/or NetSuite an advantage The function is located at our Taradale campus.
