income:$52,141 – $61,582 (Pro-rata)
You will likely be placed on or about Step 8 of this band. Step 8 is $53,123 (Pro-rata)

Te Tari Taiwhenua – Department of Internal Affairs makes a real difference to the lives of New Zealanders – our Life and Identity Services Administrators (LISAs) make this happen on a everyday basis by supporting the administration of application relating to Identity.
Life and Identity Services Administrators cover a broad range of administrative tasks that are critical to providing our internal and external customers with seamless service across our Passport, Citizenship and Births, Deaths and Marriages services. We are pursuing motivated and engaged people to join our teams located in Wellington central.
Hours of work will generally be Monday-Friday 4pm-9pm. In your cover letter please outline how this would work in with your existing commitments.
To be prosperous in this function you will be focused, and process driven. Willing to lgain and understand the unique needs of our customers, provide the advice and service they require to progress their applications. You will need to meet high standards of accuracy and timeliness and be able to follow operating policies and procedures. You will be comfortable supporting and assisting our customers to transact in a digital environment.
