As a Medical Receptionist, you will create a welcoming atmosphere and ensure a smooth experience for all visitors. Key Responsibilities: You will greet patients, visitors, and staff, keeping the reception area clean and organised. You will answer and direct phone calls promptly, providing accurate information and assistance. Your duties include registering and checking in patients, verifying insurance details, and scheduling appointments using their electronic system. You will maintain accurate and confidential patient records and assist with administrative forms. Exceptional customer service is essential. You will address inquiries, resolve issues, and anticipate patient needs. You will also collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination, using computer systems to manage patient information and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
