About our group and team Our teams around the country work closely with the Early Childhood and Schooling sectors, providers, and communities to provide support, skills and resources to help children and young people reach their full potential. We also directly provide Learning Support for around 40,000 children and young people. About this function The Manager Learning Support works with a diverse range of groups including parents, whanau, individual educators and stakeholders, health professionals and other agencies to ensure that the right support is delivered at the right time to children and young people so they are able to achieve their educational goals. About you We seek dynamic senior leaders who are committed to our inclusive approach to education, and to put the best results for our children at the forefront of their work every day. An capability to apply a strategic and systems located approach and excellent operational skills will ensure success in this function. Your track record of managing complex relationships through change and managing service delivery from a range of providers, including independent organisations, will equip you to work with others to develop a coherent, accessible system of support for children and young people.
