The function You will be required to undertake complex analysis and evaluation to support an improved knowledge of the organisation and industry which in turn will form the basis for evidence-located policy and delivery. You will be highly capable in the application of data techniques and finding innovative ways to improve the translation of data into evidence as well as explaining and communicating the detail behind data to users and other stakeholders. You will undertake analysis, research and evaluation activities which includes undertaking and commissioning strategic and operational research evaluations and other core services according to the organisation’s priorities. expertise & practice • practice working in the Integrated Data Infrastructure (IDI) is preferable. • A solid background in data analytics and or statistics. • A strong interest in, knowledge of and or practice in evaluation. • Able to effectively use R, SQL and/or SAS (Python is a bonus). • An capability to translate and effectively communicate new and emerging ideas into evidence-located analysis. • An eye for detail, taking pride in the accuracy of your work and offering robust and constructive peer review to colleagues. • Able to communicate effectively with a wide variety of audiences and individuals.
