You will manage a small team responsible for delivering great campaigns to our residents, ratepayers and visitors. Key accountabilities include the following: » A high level of customer service, working as one team, Kotahitanga » A 'can do', flexible attitude with the capability to trouble shoot » practice in managing integrated marketing communications campaigns » capability to understand the customer, pivot when necessary and produce award winning work » practiced at building teams and managing people to ensure strategic objectives are achieved Devising and managing the implementation across the organisation of marketing communications plans to achieve an excellence customer practice while promoting our strategic objectives. As a creative thinker who is up to date with the latest marketing communications trends, you will be able to lead the team to create great campaigns, share compelling stories and demystify NPDC activities.
