Key Responsibilities: »Financial Records Management: Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, statements, and reports. »Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts to support business planning. »Auditing: Conduct regular audits to ensure financial documentation is precise and compliant with legal standards. »Tax Preparation: Handle tax preparations, including the preparation of income tax returns for both individuals and businesses. »Client Advisory: Provide clients with financial advice and guidance based on their specific financial situations. »Accounts Management: Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections. »Process Improvement: Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and enhance the efficiency of financial reporting. »Financial Analysis: Perform financial analysis to support decision-making and provide insights into business performance. »Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, regulations, and tax laws.
