Due to consistent increases in the level of new work and project wins, this long-standing company are now in a position to recruit an Intermediate/Senior Quantity Surveyor. Your main duties and responsibilities include: -Accurately estimate and prepare detailed cost estimates and quotations - Prepare tenders, offers of service and contract documentation - Support the project management team with costing advice Manage the procurement of subcontract and supplier packages - Preparation of monthly financial contract review process - Oversee the accurate pricing, agreement, and processing of project variations all to meet the contract timelines. - Work with clients and their representatives to meet, and where appropriate anticipate and influence their needs To be successful in this role you will have the following attributes: -Knowledge of contractual obligations At least 5-7 years previous experience in Quantity Surveying Ability to plan, monitor, and control cost -Excellent knowledge of construction materials Disciplined and self-motivated with a positive approach to work - Customer-focused and committed to providing a high quality of service -Effective interpersonal skills and be able to work as part of a team -Effective time management skills This is a great opportunity to join an expanding business that is well respected in the Construction industry.
