Board Secretariat / Project Coordinator | Fixed Term until June 2022
About You
We are seeking for an amazing person to support the Board in a secretariat capacity. The Board Secretariat is not a full time position, so we will also look to you to undertake some additional programme coordination tasks to support our programme office.
This is a busy function; as a seasoned secretariat you will be aware of the demands of the function, the monthly pressure points and be comfortable responding to and working in this way.
The primary function of the function is Board Secretariat, which will see you preparing board papers, taking minutes, preparing and planning the forward agenda, proof reading, working with our programme leadership abilities team and ensuring all meetings run seamlessly. Alongside this when you are not busy with the board, you might be organising meetings, refining process and procedures or working with project managers and our PMO to support the programme.
We are seeking for a team player, someone who will lend their hand to whatever needs to be done. You will have superb attention to detail, be highly organised, have strong communication, administration and coordination capability, and possess great relationship management expertise. Our programme actively embraces working in Tikanga / Te Ao M?ori context, Information technology is important for you demonstrate a high level of availability to work in this context.
