Concert Operations Manager (Contract function):Job description:Job detailsOrganisation Chamber Music New Zealand Closes 25 Mar 2022 Posted on 7 Mar 2022 Region Auckland Work type Part time employment, Contract Work classification Management & Admin, Music Share»Exciting function working with a diverse range of artists in professional venues»Help plan and execute high quality concerts About the function The Concert Operations Manager's function is to manage and supervise the operational needs of CMNZ concerts and events in Auckland, including: » Planning and implementing concerts » Hosting artists and meet their needs as required » Preparing reports and returns on concerts » Assisting with concert-related pre and post-concert functions The Concert Operations Manager is the person on the ground in each centre where CMNZ concerts are presented. Information technology is a vital function in which local expertise and a network of local contacts can assist CMNZ with event management and planning. The Concert Operations Manager works closely with the Front of House Manager, venue event coordinators and back of house staff to ensure the safe and efficient running of concerts.
