6 months contract in Dunedin for an practiced Desktop Support Technician.
You will be responsible for ensuring IT/telephone requirements for the business are fully maintained and operational.
tasks include:
   » Responding to customer needs in a timely manner
   » Troubleshooting and problem solving
   » Maintaining desktop and laptop computers
   » Software installation
   » Computer backups, restores and tape changes
   » Providing training and support to new starters
   » Networking and telephone patching 
   » Be available on call to support urgent requirements
To be prosperous you will:
   » Need excellent communication expertise
   » Prior practice in a similar function
   » Be able to take ownership of tasks
   » Be adaptable and flexible
   » Have a significant Tertiary Qualification, and ideally Microsoft certified
