This organisation is truly committed to enabling and encouraging its people to develop and reach their potential. As the leader of a small but highly capable L&D team you will be able to identify and develop learning programmes that lift individual and organisational capcapability. You'll be comfortable working at a strategic level, to ensure you are linking all learning offerings to the organisation's strategic objectives, and as you will be leading a small team you will also be comfortable rolling your hands up and working together to achieve your vision. Ideally you will have past practice leading a team, or you will have the desire to move into a leadership abilities function for your next career move.
