Job Opportunity: Housekeeper:Job description:HousekeeperPayment: Paid Position ($25 - 30)Job location: Matakana Region: Auckland practice: Limited practice Necessary Listing Added: 06/04/2022 We are seeking for a driven full time person to work in our team as a housekeeper and cleaner in our Luxury Lodge in Matakana in the beautiful wine village in Matakana. this function could also suit a couple as we are also have a position for a gardener and or a caretaker/maintenance position. Our property is very busy with weekend bookings, weddings and also functions - there is always something to do! The position involves cleaning a variety of different rooms in the lodge including but not limited too laundry, cleaning the pool and keeping on top of maintenance jobs that need to be carried out by other colleagues, there will be some minor food preparation such as breakfast items and platters. Very high standards are already in place as Information technology is a luxury lodge and there is also scope for extra hours in terms of hosting and event work as well. Your day to day responsibilities will include: » Housekeeping, tidying and cleaning » Making beds » Washing and ironing » Food preparation » Spring cleaning prosperous candidates will have: » Ideally a background in hotel cleaning » Strong attention to detail » A professional attitude and strong customer service expertise This is a permanent, full time function of at least 40 hours per week.
