They are a leading Information technology service provider who provide web hosting, cloud servers, anti-spam and business grade email hosting. The function We are seeking for a Systems Engineer (and a Senior Systems Engineer, check out my other listing if you’re more practiced) to join a highly talented team of engineers located in the Tauranga office. You will support a set of products and systems providing smooth Information technology services for a number of clients, predominately located around the Bay. tasks » Provide Level 1, 2 and some Level 3 advanced technical support » Assess client requirements; quoting and provisioning of products, services and solutions » Information technology services include email, public & private cloud hosting, backup, server & network implementation & support, web hosting, security, operating systems, application software and system management tools » Provide both remote and on-site end-user support » Contribute to after-hours support service and 24/7 on-call roster » Answer incoming calls and emails promptly and either action, transfer, note message or log jobs » Assess client requirements; quoting and provisioning of products, services and solutions expertise & practice » At least 3 years’ practice working in IT » Proven practice in the support and implementation of Windows infrastructure and Windows Desktop O/S » Intermediate expertise in the latest versions of Windows Server » Excel in client service and communication » Able to identify and devise client solutions If this sounds like you, please send your CV to Cherie Hill by clicking Apply now.
