Beyond Recruitment are currently working on this Service Delivery Manager function, located in Wellington, for this interesting and unique global organisation.
The organisation works with customers globally to provide services and solutions for technologically secure documents and systems.
this function is a mix of Technical and Relationship Management, and your responsibilities will include:
   » Customer relationship management
   » Vendor management
   » Maintenance and support of critical Information technology environments
   » Maintaining SLAs, especially around availcapability and resolution
   » End user support - you will become an application expert
   » System monitoring and system support
To be prosperous in this function, your practice will include:
   » Multiple years' practice in a similar SDM function
   » practice in supporting Information technology systems
   » Client/vendor management practice
   » ITIL
   » Basic knowledge of Linux and Windows systems
   » knowledge of networking/networking protocols
   » Working knowledge of relational databases and SQL
