• 10hrs/wk for 3 weeks of the month, 20hrs/wk for the last week
• Assist the business & finance team with admin; filing, archiving and admin
• Approx. 3 months, very flexible hours
 
You’ll be working for a large international investment and asset management company located in Tauranga – near the Domain. They’re lovely, professional and require an extra pair of hands to assist in overflow admin tasks.
 
You’ll be doing electronic filing, data entry into Excel and general admin tasks to help the team. It’s not hard work, but we do need someone who knows Excel, is competent with technology and systems and has excellent attention to detail.
 
The best thing about this function is Information technology will suit a Mum or someone who wants a flexibility working arrangement. For 3 weeks of the month you’ll work 10 hours per week and the last week of the month 20 hours per week. You’ll be able to choose which days’ you work, as long as they’re consistent – so we know which days you’ll be in the office. This is a 3 month temp function. If Information technology suits both parties this may be extended after this time.
