With 16 different stores and brands across the Waikato and Bay of Plenty they look after their people well and can offer genuine opportunities for career advancement. This store sells quality bedding, furniture and homeware products; some of the best brands in the market. The Job As one of 3 sales people in store at one time you’ll be selling the full range of beds and bedroom furniture. With excellent product and sales training you’ll be provided all the tools you need to succeed and gain great commission. There is a base income plus you’ll gain commission on everything you sell. You’ll work 40 hours per week which will include either a Sat or Sun (or both if you would like the shifts). The Ideal Person A quality sales person is passionate about creating great practices for customers. Your drive and energy will shine and your communication expertise and confidence helping customers source the right products is key. First and foremost we need an practiced sales person, but we could also consider a manager, so if you’ve got the practice and aptitude then we can discuss this further at interview.
