They are well-known in the market and this opportunity really doesn’t come around every day. this function is seeking a candidate who has practice in a Team Administrator/Personal adjunct function that wants to lgain new expertise in Marketing + Comms, Event management or Project work. You will also be supporting professionals using your exceptional secretarial expertise with travel bookings, diary management and overall being a be a vital part of the office.

You will work with a within a team of motivated BAs – Supporting each other and working together each day to ensure that the office runs smoothly.

About the function

Our client is seeking individuals that have a high level of self-motivation and drive. You must have previous practice in a personal adjunct, executive adjunct or team administration function. Although, the full training and support will be given when assisting in various projects. this function will open a lot of doors for you in your career progression.

Responsibilities

• Full diary management
• Coordinating meetings, travel bookings, event bookings, airport transfers etc.
• Provide high-level confidential executive support
• Project work – You can choose which projects you’d like to get involved with
• Supporting the marketing and communications function
• contact effectively and communicate with internal and external parties
• Support event management – i.e, Team away days
• Supporting the wider team
