We need a capable pair of hands to help us on our lifestyle block near Thames, on the Coromandel Peninsula. You don't have to be skilled, just fit and willing to work hard. Tasks might include digging, woodwork, clearing up or anything that helps us out. You would be working alongside my husband (electrician), whilst the tradies do tradie stuff. We live in a small cottage on the property. The accommodation available is a caravan with double bed. You'd have endlessbroadband, a comfy bed and a beautiful view of the hills above Thames. The property is just beside the Hauraki Rail Trail, which is a lovely cycle / walkway into Thames. You could manage living here with no car, but this is rural NZ, so best if you drive. We ask that you work alongside Mark, which is usually school hours. Minimum requirement is 14h pw, in exchange for accomodation. We would pay minimum wage for additional hours worked. You would be welcome to join us for meals, so long as you contributed by cooking or cleaning up. We are a couple, originally from Ireland. Alongside our 2 crazy boys, we've got cows, chickens, a cat and a dog. We are a busy family and a friendly one. If you're interested, please get in touch.
