Job Offer: Fundraising Administrator:MentalhealthJob description:Job DescriptionThe Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand (MHF) is a charity that works towards creating a society free from discrimination, where all people enjoy positive mental health & wellbeing.The MHF is expanding its individual giving and relationship fundraising activities and this function is an exciting opportunity to be a key part of this growth. If you've got admin support practice, excellent interpersonal skills (including inbound and outbound calling) and a desire to work in fundraising, then this function is for you. this function is responsible for the day-to-day inbound and outbound interactions with supporters. This includes responding to postal, email and telephone inquiries, processing donations, receipting and providing general admin support. Collaborating with the fundraising team and the wider organisation, you'll work to draft messages to supporters in a way that reflects our organisational values. Your work will ensure our donors feel valued, supported and heard. You'll be sharing with people how they're helping improve the positive mental health and wellbeing of all New Zealanders.
