We are 30 mins to Hamilton, 2 hrs to Auckland, 1 hr to closest beach - Raglan and just minutes to lakes and mountains for hikes and biking. The Waikato is a very well established farming area. We provide very good working facilities, which include a new 80 bale rotary cowshed on a well established dairy farm. You will be working in a team of 4, on an owner operated farm. candidates must have dairy farming practice candidates must be Honest and Reliable, Motivated and Hardworking. Clear and effective communication expertise. Work as a part of a team and Independently. Clean and tidy working and living habits. A calm manner around animals and a passion for the Industry. tasks Include but not limited to: Getting in cows and milking Animal health and husbandry Break Fences/ Fencing Effluent and Weed Control Calving and Mating. Shed hygiene and Tidiness Tractor work/ Feeding out Fully furnished self contained single accommodation available 8 on 2 off rostered time off Skills:
