The function Reporting into the pre-sales manager, a key part of this function is providing technical direction and articulation for the client’s product portfolio. As the technical pre-sales consultant works alongside the sales and operations team to make sure internal and external customers’ expectations are met. This opportunity could be the next step up for a senior technical specialist or a candidate from a Services background looking for a step up in their career. The ideal candidate will be comfortable speaking in front of clients presenting solutions with confidence to support their business needs. tasks » Ensuring requirements and services are delivered on time and with the best service » Work with the sales team, providing proposals, presentations, and meetings » Supporting the high volume 'Transactional' located Pre-Sales requests - both internal and external » Drive and help to create Ricoh’s DS portfolio. » Communicating with customers and clients to gather information and to showcase the clients’ products » Develop and maintain product expertise.
