Hop harvest.... we are a medium sized independantly owned farm, we have our base crew but will need some extras. We are located close to the convieniences of Motueka. We seek honest motivated funny reliable willing smiling and happy peoples. So please touch base and enquire about where you could fit in to the team. Starting wage $20.00, if you complete the full season $22.75 + HP ($24.57). *** Time and a half paid after 10 hours per day. *** Two shifts operating. Day shift = 8:00am - 5:30pm Evening shift = 6:30pm - 10:30pm Location Moutere Valley Key functions to fill; - Hookers = unloading hop trailers one bine at a time. - Drivers = either tractor or 4x4 towing trailers (let us know if you have the practice required). - Kiln adjunct = you need to be organised and to know what the situation is at any given moment (there are mutiple situations going on) if you are the right fit there is a significant bonus for this talented person. Casual employment agreement (assume 18 x 8-10hr days). Typically Monday to Saturday (Sundays if wet during the week). Facilities available for campers.
