About the function
You will be responsible for providing administration, marketing support and coordinating activities and events. The function is broad from a marketing perspective, so you will need to be an all-rounder and hands-on marketer. You will be heavily involved with writing website content, social media campaigns, organising collateral for events and conferences to name a few. The ideal candidate for this function will be someone who has some practice already in a marketing function and is looking to grow their knowledge and practice. this function offers great exposure to a huge array of organisations, industries, and business disciplines.

tasks
• Coordinate social media channels including but not limited; content creation, paid advertising, uploading, scheduling and customer/member engagement.
• Ensure the appropriate and up-to-date distribution lists are utilised.
• Write promotional material for events, training, and other services.
• Provide adhoc support to the Management team as required.

expertise & practice
• At least two years’ practice as a Marketing Coordinator or adjunct/Administrator.
• practice in communication editing and proofreading.
• capability to demonstrate a good knowledge of various social media business/advertising functions.
• capability to think proactively and laterally to maximise opportunities to promote the work of the organisation
• Strong interpersonal expertise with the capability to build highly credible professional relationships.
• Proficient in use of the full Microsoft Office suite.
