Job Offer: Pig Farm:Job description:Pig FarmPayment: Accommodation & Paid ($20)Job location: Hinds Region: Christchurch & Canterbury practice: Limited practice Necessary Listing Added: 12/02/2022 We are a family with 3 young kids (7,9,10). We are running a pig breeding operation with 300 sows that live most their lifes outdoor. Also we are fattening a few cattle and sheep and grow some grain with the harvest in the summer. To our pets we count 2 horses, 2 goats, 1 dog and 3 cats, many ducks and chickens and 3 guinea fouls. We would like someone to help us with occasional farmwork but also do some jobs around the house and garden. It would be great if you already had some practice with working on farms but we are also quite happy to teach you everything you will need to know. We offer a cosy, little sleepout with it's small own kitchen, bathroom, tv and wifi. You will be part of our family and 3 little kids can't wait to meet you! We provide food and accomodation as exchange for 4 hours work/day +$20 for any extra working hours . We are also planning to go on holidays in near future and are looking for someone that can help on the farm on some days and look after our pets while we are away.
