ACC’s vision is to create a unique partnership with every New Zealander, improving their quality of life by minimising the incidence and impact of injury. ACC’s Technology and Transformation group are playing a key function, adopting cloud technologies and scaled agile methodologies to enhance our digital presence – as well as leveraging advance analytics to support smart decision making. The Information Security Analyst is responsible for the oversight of the management of ICT Infosec systems and operations by third party outsourcers; the provision of advice to ACC projects on system security risks and mitigations; and assisting the ITSM and CISO with planning and delivery of internal infrastructure projects concerning Infosec. Other aspects of this function will include assisting with the selection of new security products and services and recommending changes and improvements around existing security processes. If you have sound expertise and proven practice in the Infosec field around networks, ICT systems generally, identity and access management, SOC, SIEM, Threat Intelligence and Forensics, scripting and/or coding, and a demonstrated expertise of Infosec best practices such as NZISM and PSR as Information technology relates to New Zealand Government. practice in the security aspects of the Microsoft suite of products and Linux systems, virtualisation and Cloud, then we want to hear from you. Ideally, you’ll have or be working toward industry security qualifications – Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM). Your strong analytical expertise and attention to detail will be put to good use here, as will your capability to develop, facilitate and manage communications and relationships.
