With nurses on duty 24/7 and doctors site visits, we can ensure that the medical needs of our residents are met. About the function We are seeking for a Clinical Coordinator to support the Clinical Nurse Manager and our Home Manager to provide day-to-day supervision of the site with a focus on safety. You will be responsible for leading the Nursing team and their development. You will be clinically responsible for the site to deal with problems and encourage your team to use their initiative to deal with problems. this function may need you to be available on call and sometimes work on a weekend, (shared responsibility) to ensure their is always from the senior team to support the nurses.
