Technical Product Owner

Wellington located –12 months fixed term
Over the last five years in the Improvement, Systems and Technology group we have been evolving our delivery approach to be agile at scale.
We have a fixed-term opportunity for a talented Technical Product Owner to join our Rapid Deployment team which services the design, build and run of systems to meet the demands of our rapidly changing environment.
this function will be across our Oracle Application Express platform and products to support and transform how workflow, task management, rules and system driven business processes are managed within MSD.
You willbring with you
   » practice leading, growing, and developing a team of technical Business Analysts, Developers and Test Analysts
   » Effective communication style with the capability to build strong working relationships, having built a foundation of trust in our products with internal and external stakeholders
   » practice in Scrum and agile software development methodologies and tools, with project delivery practice
   » Strong facilitating practice along with participation in planning, with the capability to define and prioritise product backlogs across multiple portfolio streams and competing priorities
   » The capability to influence change using a strategic and planned approach across architecture, service design and process development
   » practice managing and coordinating the delivery of business value and products from conception to release into production
   » Confidence in identifying risks, trends and areas for improvement, while providing practical advice and solutions to ensure business needs are met within timeframes
   » practice in delivery of software in large government organisations would be beneficial
   » expertise of Oracle Application Express (APEX), cloud-located solutions, integration patterns and platforms preferred

income range: $106,967.00 – $160,451.00
