Join our fun, hardworking team and enjoy all the benefits of working outdoors! Full time function, 40+ hours per week Hourly rate is $23.76 per hour (including 8% holiday pay). Rate is negotiable, depending on practice. Located in Riverhead, Auckland tasks may include: · Planting, fertilizing, cultivating, irrigating and harvesting crops. · Operation and maintenance of farm machinery and equipment. · Setting and maintaining irrigation equipment · Assisting farm managers in other areas of the farm when necessary To be considered for this function you must be: · Physically fit & have good physical stamina – work is physically demanding and you are on your feet most of the time · Dedicated and hardworking · Attention to detail · Reliable and fast learner · Good communication expertise · Enjoy working outdoors · Works well independently and in a team · Excellent work ethic · Horticultural expertise is an advantage but not necessary as training will be provided. - Must have the legal right to work in NZ We are a diverse team and you are expected to work closely with other members of the team including the different departments.
