• $70-$75k depending on practice, family feel environment, 1 day WFH

My client has a strong focus on their team to ensure they create a positive environment ideal for growth with the intention of this function developing into the team leader. This is a permanent position with a sufficient hand over provided and loads career development.
About the function:
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has practice with training coordinating/scheduling practice. Take ownership of your own clients whilst establishing significant relationships with them and your team. You will be responsible for ensuring the bookings of the trainings are completed whilst providing exceptional support to the customers and clients. You will have the drive and ambition to grow your career and have a passion for working in a supportive team environment.
You will be:
• Scheduling your clients staff onto courses
• Ensuring the website and course material is up to date
• Support the trainers to develop exceptional results
• Providing excellent customer service with every interaction
• Developing professional relationships with trainers
• Looking for constant improvement in processes
• Processing administration for courses as required
• Using intuition to understand your clients’ needs
About you:
• Scheduling practice is a must
• Have a passion for leading a team
• Flexible and able to work in a pressured environment
• Passionate about building strong relationships
• Enjoys using initiative to create streamline processes
• Takes pride in your work, high attention to detail
• capability to adapt and work well in a team
• practice with Microsoft Office is essential
• Strong communication and written expertise
