The job is located at 10 Chiltons Rd, Swannanoa in the Grading Shed facility. Trees need to be graded to certain specifications. Then tree roots need to be trimmed. Some lifting is also involved when loading and unloading trees from delivery vehicles. This job is suited to people that are energetic, hard working and reliable. Work is on a fixed term contract starting approximately 11th May – 23 Sept. Typically, 5 days per week and approximately 40 hours per week. Tree Graders work on Contract Rates with a minimum pay rate of $23/hr guaranteed. Great potential to gain good money if you are keen e.g. $30+/hr plus 8% holiday pay. Applicant must haves: - Be physically fit and motivated. - Own transport and accommodation. Local camping grounds close by. - Work practice in horticulture or agriculture. - Valid visas, or NZ Citizenship/Residency. - NZ Bank Account/IRD Number. - Be committed to the job.
