We are pursuing a motivated, creative and outgoing team member, with an eye for detail and the desire to provide a high level of customer service and a professional front-end face to ticket sales. The prosperous applicant will need to be a team player and an excellent communicator. An exciting opportunity exists to contribute to the artistic journey of the performing arts in the Waitaki joining the dedicated team at the Oamaru Opera House as the Sales and Ticket Office Manager. AboutThe Position: » Manage all aspects of ticketing for the Opera House and their clients, including back-end set up, sales, customer service. » contact with the Director and event team to develop strategies to communicate with our audiences and increase attendance at performing arts events » Reconcile revenue reports for each event and provide regular updates on sales to the Opera House director. » Maintain and drive Oamaru Opera House use of customer data to create and inform marketing strategy and individual campaigns, communications, and philanthropic initiatives.
