Logistics Co-OrdinatorLocation Manukau & East AucklandAuckland Job type Temporary Salary 25 to 30 Category Transport, Shipping, Logistics > Import & Export » Location is Mt Wellington » Part time 25 hours per week » Logistics/Freight Operations experience required Based in Mt Wellington for an importer/distributor is looking for someone for approx 2 months covering maternity leave. You will work closely with the NZ team and report to the Manager based in Australia. Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 2.00 pm. Pay rate is between $25 + per hour (negotiable) dependent on your previous experience. The role involves: » Monitor and manage the flow of their imports and exports » Prepare and lodge export paperwork to the freight forwarder » Track and trace inbound shipments and provide updates to stakeholders » Coordinate with Supply Planner on inter plant stock movements » Initiate stocktakes at 3rd party warehouses and update the system » Coordinate the damaged stock management and ensure re-dispatched » Monthly invoicing. Check invoices against agreed rate cards, and process invoices for payment. » Handle and investigate Customer Complaints and raise in system and distribute accordingly where required » Maintain freight conditions in SAP consistent with incoterms » Act as the contact to the company's logistics providers What skills and experience you need: » Experience using SAP and SCM systems » Knowledge of Imports/Exports/Customs and Logistics and Warehousing » Excellent communication skills » Have great time management » Have a strong ability to make decisions.
