The Senior Application Support Analyst is responsible for acting as a liaison among stakeholders and external service providers in order to elicit, analyse, communicate, support and manage complex data for several customers facing applications and core Ministry Information technology Systems, working with our Service Desk team and external stakeholders. About you Weare looking fora vibrant personwith prior Business Analysis practice ideally at a senior level, as well as practice in business and application support. The ideal candidate will offer: » practice in business process changes and improvements » practice in managing, analysing, storing and disseminating detailed data information in a user-friendly format, investigating and supporting complex customer facing applications. » excellent documentation expertise » the capability to analyse complex issues and develop effective solutions » the capability to analyse and validate complex data » practice with creating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets » strong knowledge of ITIL and Service Management principles » the capability to engage with all levels of stakeholders and manage relationships under pressure » the capability to take initiatives » excellent communication expertise, both verbal and written » innovative and conceptual thinking Are you ready to make a difference?
