PROJECT MANAGER - SUPPLY CHAIN »New warehouse establishment and relocation »Complex supply chain projects »Initial 12-month contract term Background With continued growth this high-profile organisation needs to establish additional warehouse and logistics operations in a new satellite site being developed in Auckland and due for completion late 2022 to early 2023. Some warehousing and logistics activities will be relocated to the new facility and various systems and processes will need to be reviewed and upgraded to meet quality and service standards. The opportunity You will lead and be accountable for the delivery of a program of complex supply chain centred projects from scope definition to operational delivery and post implementation review. You will engage with a wide variety of stakeholders and lead an integrated and cohesive project team for a designated program of projects, and report to the National Supply Chain Manager. practice Ideally you will have practice leading complex technically centred projects together with supply chain practice including warehouse and inventory management, and warehouse/3PL relocation practice. significant practice could be from health, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or regulated environments. Project management qualifications such as PMP/PRINCE2, agile, continuous improvement and change management practice are sought together with the capability to complete high level planning and be ?hands-on with sleeves rolled up' across projects.
