We have opportunities for the 2022 Winter Season for practiced Chefs on mountain at Cardrona nd Treble Cone!
We are on the look out for motivated, friendly and practiced team players with a strong work ethic who can cook to order from a menu and be involved in the everyday operation of a very busy food and beverage department operating out of several outlets.
Food preparation for future shifts, stock control and menu suggestions are all part of the job!
The prosperous candidates will have A La Carte chef practice, significant qualifications and the capability to effectively communicate within a close-knit team. High levels of organisation and time management expertise are essential to ensure the smooth running of extremely busy outlets. Neat and tidy presentation, consciousness of a wide variety of cuisines and expertise of food hygiene standards is essential.
You will need a minimum of two years chef practice.
