Our pay rates are competitive and our operation can be flexible for the right person. tasks To work alongside the management, FOH team and kitchen in helping deliver a customer focused practice to every guest. Assist with some day to day operations including opening and closing the restaurant/bar. Weekend and evening shifts included. Ensuring our policies and ethics are followed as detailed in the code of conduct. REQUIREMENT (FOR BARTENDERS & FOH) Some customer facing practice in a busy restaurant (for FOH functions) is preferable but not necessary or minimum 1 year practice as Bartender. The capability to problem solve. A passion for service in the hospitality industry. Clear (and friendly) communication with all team members. teamwork is key in our restaurant. Passion to both lgain from and train team members coming through the business. A collaborative style, working harmoniously with the management and kitchen teams.
