The function

this function reports to the Manager Recruitment Systems and provides skills in the areas of recruitment, systems/HR administration and general business support. The function requires recruitment / HR administration and expertise, exceptional customer service and organisational skills.

Working in the public sector in a tight knit team of 3 you will be a switched on individual who is good with systems and processes. You’ll be someone that wants to grow in a function and be a part of a great team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating and scheduling interviews
• Completing all pre-employment and compliance checks
• Managing the HR inbox
• Help drafting employment documentation
• Managing the administration of the recruitment system
• Posting job advertisements
• Helping to deal with any technical issues as they arise

To be prosperous

• A Human Resources degree, or equivalent levels of practice in supporting recruitment and/or HR administration activities or processes
• practice in customizing employment-related document templates
• Confident with Microsoft applications
• Organised and good with systems and processes
