You will lead a team of practiced payroll consultants, a function you can really grow into and make your own. this function does not have an end-to-end payroll function, although you will be working with customers/organisation to support them with their pay-rolled staff. You must love talking and help people – Having excellent customer service is a big driving factor of this position as you will be dealing with both internal and external customers to help them with any queries and be the go-to person for resolutions.
