You'll need to be hard working and have a can do attitude. tasks to include: - Assist in milking of our 900 dairy cows through 44 bale rotary shed with automatic cup removers.(Currently milking twice a day) - Assist with maintaining dairy shed hygiene and cleanliness - Weed control (spot spraying thistles, boundary fencelines) - Depending on expertise / capability, assisting with other odd jobs such as fencing & vehicle maintenance. Training will be provided for all tasks General info: The farm is located 10mins drive from Rakaia / Leeston. Approx. 25mins drive to Rolleston & 40mins drive to Christchurch. Having your own transport would be very useful as we are not within walking distance of local shops. Accomodation is provided. 4 bedroom house A frame. Shared. we At Presentoperate on a 6 on 2 off roster. Must be drug free and able to pass pre employment drug test. Need to be able to follow on farm health & safety practices Need to be eligible for work in NZ and currently be in NZ Skills:
