About the function
We are seeking for an practiced Analyst wanting to step up or a Senior Analyst to join our Operational Analytics team within Operational Performance and Intelligence. The Operational Analytics team plays a key function in the establishment of an effective continuing solutions to monitoring and reporting on organisational performance, providing analytical plus advisory support to senior management around key performance areas, in supporting the development of performance management frameworks and the development and maintenance of operational and predictive models.
If you’re an practiced Analyst with deep understating of ACC’s performance measures, client management processes along with well-developed skills in written and visual Analytics, skills in conducting data analysis, developing insights to presenting findings, forming recommendations and advice then we’d love to hear from you. Additional skills that are desirable but not a must include statistical modelling skills and Project and Relationship Management skills or practice.
To be prosperous in this function, you’ll need the following:
   » Knowledge/knowledge of ACC’s performance measures or skills within an area of operational/organisational performance
   » Knowledge/knowledge of client management processes and the objectives of the Operations Group
   » Excellent communication and influencing skills along with business and analytical writing skills
   » A demonstrated capability to think conceptually, and to translate new and emerging ideas into evidence-located insights and analysis
   » A strong knowledge of data, databases and analytical tools such as SQL, SAS, R, or Python
   » Good data visualisation and storytelling skills
   » Strong relationship management and leadership abilities qualities such as mentoring, coaching, and end-to-end delivery
   » A high level of initiative and the capability to challenge the status quo
