What's involved in the day to day?
Job Duties: Customer Service Rep
   » Taking inbound phone calls and making outbound calls
   » Responding to live chat and emails covering 2022 tax refunds
   » Day to day administration of bank account, customer ID information and seek and obtain customer information
Job Duties: Data Entry Specialist
   » Working with internal database or spreadsheet and inputting and collating data in correct fields
   » Updating addresses and bank account details to IRD
   » Reviewing status of returns at Inland Revenue and submitting basic tax returns
To be successful,
   » Proven customer service experience (bonus if relating to tax or similar)
   » Experience with phones, chat box, and email correspondence
   » Comfortable with working with technology and fast and accurate typing skills
   » Good confident social skills to problem solve
