We are seeking for a talented Project Coordinator to support a number of projects within an exciting programme of work for a Government agency. You will become a part of a dynamic team located in Porirua for a Contract until the end of December 2021.
In your new function, you will be responsible for the following:
   » Support the Project Managers with management activities and reporting where required
   » Provide support to the project change management process and coordinate configuration information where necessary
   » Assist with vendor management, including workshops, task management and travel arrangements
   » Coordinate procurement activities
   » Maintin the high level project stage plans
   » Produce internal and external weekly and monthly project status reporting
