Responsible for providing strong leadership abilities, structure and support across a wide variety of teams, with an capability to influence and manage internal and external stakeholders. tasks • Ensure projects are delivered to specification, within budgets, and to agreed timeframes. • Coaching and leadership abilities is provided in the use of project methodology and project management disciplines • Develop and maintain productive and collaborative relationships with key stakeholders. • Document and manage the work programme, ensuring deliverables are clearly defined. • Utilise the internal framework to help guide our people towards the behaviours and expertise needed to be prosperous. expertise & practice • Significant practice in project or programme management, including practice at senior level. • Financial/budget control practice. • practice in prosperously managing project resources across multiple teams through a matrix management model. • Contract negotiation and vendor management practice.
