Ko t? m?tou mahi – Your function The Senior Kaupapa Inquiry Advisor is accountable for ensuring K?inga Ora meets its statutory responsibilities and operating principles through the Housing Kaupapa Inquiry, and the Crown’s obligations to Te Tiriti o Waitangi as they pertain to the Housing Kaupapa Inquiry from a legal perspective. As the programme lead, you will be adept at stimulating and motivating engagement across the organisation with the Inquiry, and will bring your innovative side to drive new ways of working and rectify disparities beyond a set framework. Ng? p?manawatanga ?u – What you will bring: » You’ll have at least a basic proficiency in tikanga M?ori, a sound grounding in Te Ao M?ori, and an inherent knowledge of the implications of Te Tiriti o Waitangi » A tertiary qualification in law, information management, social sciences or a similar significant degree would be advantageous » You’ll be adept at juggling competing demands, effectively prioritising and multitasking to deliver to tight deadlines » Your exceptional interpersonal and communication skills will make you a natural at communicating complex ideas to a variety of audiences in an understandable way » In-depth knowledge and knowledge of Treaty and Tribunal compliance legislation and requirements » practice providing strategic and thought leadership abilities on Treaty and Tribunal compliance, legislation and requirements » A wealth of best practice compliance skills in the government sector N?u te rourou, n?ku te rourou – What’s in Information technology for you?
