We receive government funding but also seek additional earnings to meet funding shortfalls, provide scholarships and valuable performance opportunities for students, and enable us to acquire equipment and operate programmes that nurture talent in the community. The function We are pursuing a part-time Development Manager to manage our fundraising and sponsorship activities. This position contacts closely with the Marketing and Communication team, Administration team and Artistic staff. Our ideal candidate is an energetic person with an interest in dance or the creative arts who is interested to further develop the School's existing donor programme, write effective applications for grants and sponsorships and connect with existing and prospective donors through events and donor communications. You should have excellent communication and relationship-building expertise , be self-motivated and able to work independently . practice in fundraising is desirable.
